Customer Service Representative
MAJOR JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- • Answers incoming and outgoing customer calls
- • At least 2 years’ experience in Call Center Industry
- • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
- • Education: Minimum Graduation
- • No Language preferences but fluency in both English and Urdu Required
- • Computer Literacy must
- • Age Between 22 – 30 years (Preference 25+)
