MAJOR JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • • Answers incoming and outgoing customer calls
  • • At least 2 years’ experience in Call Center Industry
  • • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
  • • Education: Minimum Graduation
  • • No Language preferences but fluency in both English and Urdu Required
  • • Computer Literacy must
  • • Age Between 22 – 30 years (Preference 25+)
